The Continuity Program

The immortalization of the human being through neural link transfer and transmission: reading, preserving, moving and re-instantiating the pattern that makes a person, so that a life can continue beyond the limits of its first body.

A person is a pattern held in a brain: a connectome, its weights, its dynamics and its memories. If that pattern can be measured completely enough, preserved faithfully enough, and run again on a substrate that keeps it whole, then death becomes a transition rather than an end. No one has done this. The science that could is advancing on nine fronts at once, and nobody is watching all nine together. We are.

What we claim, and what we do not

We do not sell immortality and we do not claim it exists. We run a research intelligence network that maps every field the goal depends on, reads the world's output on it every day, measures how far each front has moved, and publishes what it finds. The Transfer Readiness Index is a synthesis of published progress, not a promise.

Principles

Consent and identity first: a continued person must be the same person, by their own standard.

Evidence over enthusiasm: every finding carries its source.

Open progress: the daily report is public.

The whole map: no single field gets there alone.

Nine fronts, one goal

What the network knows

The numbers a specialist carries. The network holds thousands more, with their sources, in its Continuity Science realm.

How the network works on it

The map holds 4,646 named nodes across the whole of human knowledge and industry. Every day the program searches the web on each of the nine fronts, files what it finds with its sources, re-assesses how far each front has moved, and writes the report. Between reports, the network keeps scanning the fields the goal depends on, so the map itself stays current.
